This very spacious
(150m2) two-storey penthouse apartment has a commanding presence over
the whole complex. The apartment has two bedrooms and will sleep up
to 6 people. The accommodation is spread over two floors with two large
terraces that give spectacular views across the bay to the ancient town
of Nessebar. The new Dinevi marina is a short stroll from the complex
(150 metres approx).
The Bells Complex
is a relaxed complex set amongst beautiful landscaped gardens. All of
the apartments have a view of the pool area.
The complex offers an excellent children's pool, large main pool, a
Restaurant/Bar, Gymnasium and a full-time masseur. The Dinevi resort
facilities on the nearby complexes are also available to be used.
The apartment
is Fully air-conditioned.
Entrance –
is on the 3rd floor, after entering the penthouse you will step into
the entrance hall. Here there can be found coat hooks and a mirror.
There is a shower room with a WC, basin, shower and mirror off of the
hallway. This is also where the stairs can be found to take you to the
top floor. From here you make your way into the -
Open-plan living area – This consists of a very large lounge area,
dining area and a kitchenette.
Consists of colour
TV, DVD player, CD/Tuner, cable TV, coffee table, stand up lamp and
a 3-piece suite which is also a double sofa-bed.
Single oven/grill, double
electric hob, extractor, Refrigerator with freezer compartment, table
and four chairs, Toaster and Kettle. From the living area there is access
through a double glazed door to the bottom terrace, this terrace is
extremely large (18m2) and has beautiful sea views. On the terrace there
is a table and 4 chairs.
The top floor is the only
part of the complex at this height, so the views really are stunning.
At the top of the stairs there is a landing area which leads to the
two large bedrooms and the main bathroom.
Bedroom 1 - 2 x single beds
(currently being used as a double bed but can be separated easily).
2 x bedside tables, double wardrobe, dressing table with stool and wall
mirror, 2 x reading lights. Floor to ceiling windows with access onto
the top terrace. There is also a travel cot (travel cot bedding not
supplied)

There is a fridge
upstairs to save your weary legs walking back to the kitchen for a chilled
drink!!!. The chosen beverage can then be enjoyed whilst admiring the
