Conveniently a 5 minute level walk to the shops, restaurants, pubs and amenities of this popular Victorian town.  The picturesque fishing village of Beer is 5 minutes drive away, a little further to Branscombe, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis.  A perfect holiday location on the seafront.
