Beautifully positioned in a peaceful lane surrounded by beautiful Natural Trust countryside in this picturesque seaside village. The spectacular beach with café/shop is a 5-minute drive away or reached by walking through woods along the Berry Cliff path.
The Fountain Head Traditional Inn serving good food and local brews is only a stone’s throw away. Also, in the village is the renowned Masons Arms Inn serving excellent food, P.O. selling basic provisions, working Forge with Old Bakery Tea Rooms and Mill owned by the National Trust.
Many walks on the doorstep in the wooded combes with an abundance of wildlife buzzards and falcons in the skies and plenty of wild flowers in the hedgerows.
The picturesque fishing village of Beer and the small seaside town of Seaton are both a 10 minute drive away. The famous Donkey Sanctuary is nearby, a little further is the Regency coastal town of Sidmouth with all amenities 4 miles away.
